Heat meters with ultrasonic measurement methods are the most important instrument whereas an irreplaceable role in the construction process of "Smart Heating" that promotes household measurement and achieves heat supply balance. This meter is mainly used to measure and display the heating heat supply of households and buildings. When hot water passes through the ultrasonic heat meter, the internal ultrasonic flow sensor calculates the flow rate through the difference in propagation time of ultrasonic waves in downstream and countercurrent flow. After obtaining the flow rate, the flow signal is sent out, and then combined with the temperature value measured by the temperature sensor, the consumed heat value can be calculated comprehensively.

Precise Ultrasonic Measurement Technology

the High-temperature Flow Sensor mainly detects the flow rate through ultrasonic measurement technology to obtain the flow rate. The application of this product’s ultrasonic heat meter has no other moving parts inside, and does not produce eddy current, so the sensor does not affect the flow speed, direction, etc. of the fluid when measuring. Furthermore, there is a low pressure drop which making the meter measurement results more accurate.

High Temperature Resistance up to 240℃

The High-temperature Flow Sensor launched by ADW are available in 2 types of material which are ceramic and stainless-steel cover. The High-temperature Flow Sensor with ceramic cover can withstand high temperatures up to 240°C, and stainless steel can withstand high temperatures up to 120°C. These ceramic and stainless-steel cover sensors will not affect the measurement accuracy of the product when used in continuously boiling hot water and ensuring that the ultrasonic heat meter outputs high-precision measurement results.

Tolerance up to 2.5MPa Pressure for Long Period

Compared to traditional plastic cover materials, the stainless steel, ceramic and other cover materials used in ADW High-temperature Flow Sensors have stronger rigidity. The product can withstand 2.5MPa pressure for a long time, and its pressure resistance is much higher than current products on the market with a pressure resistance of 1MPa sensor.
