Ultrasonic flow transducer US0078: a new benchmark for smart water meter sensors

At the exhibition, professional visitors were particularly interested in the excellent ADW water flow sensor US0078. The resonant frequency of US0078 is 2110±30KHz, and the operating temperature is up to 90℃, which meets the needs of wide range ratio water meters. The product has set a new benchmark in the field of smart water meter sensors with its fast response, high sensitivity, stable electrical performance, high voltage resistance and compact size. Its application not only improves the performance of smart water meters, but also provides strong hardware support for smart water meter applications in the fields of homes, buildings and urban construction.

Obvious echo difference, easy to use

The peak difference of the received echo is obvious, which facilitates the recognition and processing of signals, simplifies the measurement algorithm of the water meter, and helps to reduce production costs and improve efficiency.

Stable electrical performance

Within the temperature range of 10°C to 60°C, US0078 shows an extremely low zero flow drift value, with a change ratio of only 14.64%, which is much lower than similar competing products, ensuring stability under extreme temperatures.

High pressure resistance

After a static water pressure test of 4.8MPa, US0078 showed good stability and reliability. The product can withstand 2.5MPa water pressure for a long time and meet the water demand in a high water pressure environment.

Small size and well made

The US0078 has precise dimensions, an installation diameter of 10mm, and an accuracy error within ±0.2mm, which helps reduce errors during installation.

The material meets the drinking water standards of many countries

The product materials comply with international drinking water standards such as WRAS, ACS, KTW, etc., ensuring safety and hygiene in use

High temperature flow sensor: a symbol of high temperature resistance

ADW's high temperature flow sensor is designed for liquid media, made of high pressure resistant stainless steel or ceramic material, with tight sealing performance, and can be used in direct contact with liquid. This design effectively avoids problems caused by unstable pressure and heat resistance, ensures the stability of sensor performance, reduces the interference of environmental factors on signal transmission, and thus improves the response speed and sensitivity of the sensor.

Optional shell material, high temperature resistance up to 240℃

High temperature flow sensors have two types of shells: ceramic and stainless steel. The high temperature flow sensors with ceramic shells can withstand temperatures up to 240°C, while stainless steel can withstand temperatures up to 120°C.

Long-term tolerance of 2.5MPa pressure

Compared with traditional plastic shell materials, the stainless steel, ceramic and other shell materials used in Audiway high temperature flow sensors have stronger rigidity. The product can withstand 2.5MPa pressure for a long time, and its pressure resistance is much higher than similar sensors.
